In your darkest hour, you see God

Jordan Peterson - an agnostic, admits to learning something triggered by a profound discussion with Sam Harris - an atheist.  In the in-depth, truth-seeking, and honest discussion between Peterson and Harris, Peterson realizes why when you look at the abyss you see "the ancestral Father figure".  He acknowledges this is man's connection to divinity.  I say that what Peterson found is that within the darkest possibility of life, when you voluntarily face that darkness, you will find God.  If you voluntarily face fear in your darkest hour and look beyond it, you call the strongest part of yourself - the light of Christ - which makes you stronger as you incorporate the qualities of divinity into yourself to rise out of the challenge, turning extreme pessimism to extreme optimism.  The only way to have the strength to fully get out of the darkness is by seeking our Heavenly Father within the darkness.
