Its a good thought. There are times when I too wonder if I am doing enough. For me, what he said, "Pause occasionally and reflect on all that you do and have done".

Good advice, not only for women, but for everyone. Sometimes it feels like I am the only one working to save something, keep it alive, or protect it.

I guess sometimes we just have to keep going, and realize that the burden we carry wont be so much that we can not carry it.

The article reminds me of the old saying..."Take time to smell the roses." We rush rush rush to complete the myriad of tasks we think is required of us without taking time to discover the simple joys in life.
