Shan, really why would it be less than a mistake? Have you ever seen something like this happen before? The church does good for many many people and I have been to the welfare center, worked there (sorting), and seen the things that they send. I am sure it cost the church plenty to send this stuff and they did it will only charity and good intentions in mind. It was a mistake.

Well after a day of using Airborne I am feeling much better. If there is a down side to this it is that I have a terrible case of dry mouth. I am drinking more and making more bathroom stops but at least I don't feel sick.

You mention the things that go on in SLC with protestors. I can only imagine what will happen on Friday with the JS Birthday Celebration going on down there. I do not have tickets to this event but I will be in at Temple Square with my Family. I have been there before and seen protestors and it is them I feel sorry for. When the LDS people come out in masses at such an event there is a real unspoken power that moves along with them...an energy.

LT, Cold X? Not Cold FX? Where do you buy it?

My hubby was sick last week my son got sick this week and I have a sore throat. I am the mom and I can't afford to be sick so I headed off to the store to buy Cold FX. I even sent my brother to look for it because he thought he was coming down with something. Well I couldn’t find it but Airborne was recommended by a pharmacist as well as Outshined. I bought some Airborne and I will try it. I did a search to learn more about Cold FX and like Maureen mentioned it is made in Canada http://www.cvtechnologies.com/coldfx/wheretobuy.aspx Has anyone bought this in the US?

They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season. And like Spring turns to Summer and Summer to Fall, the season eventually ends. Hey I also live in Ut like Mary, and I can't imagine that the police would tolerate being called for such silliness on the mothers part. Mary, Is your father still alive? It seems to me that your mother has lost much control and she only has you to control. She probably doesn't want to be left alone and so she has messed up your life. I can't imagine that she doesn't love you Mary she is just letting her wants and needs get in the way of you living your own life. Just my opinion though

My understanding is that it is not only the caffeine that it bad for us but the others things. Chocolate also has caffeine but it isn't ever questioned, there would be an outrage among many women if it became a problem. I have seen many "good" followers drink caffeine free coke.

Hummmmm don't know about that... If I will drink it or not. I know coke isn't the greatest thing for us either. Have you seen what it does to a nail when it is left to soak in it for a few days?

I have some ginger from Korea. We had a young girl (she was only eight) come and stay with us for two weeks. Her mother heard that it was very cold here and she sent us some... now I know what to do with it LOL Cold-eeze tastes nasty! I think I would rather have the cold. Thanks anyway :)

Buuurrr!!!!!!!! Somewhere I remember hearing about a medicine that if you take on the onset of a cold it shortens the duration and intensity of the cold. Has anyone had experience with this medicine and does it really work? Too many people around me are getting a cold and I want to help them if I can. Maybe you know of another remedy. I am a believer in the power of positive thinking and affirmations. "I do not get sick, sickness avoids me, I have an anti illness shield which surrounds me"

Lisajo, Sometimes I just have years like that when Christmas has just come and gone as well and I only went through the motions. The song "Where Are You Christmas" best describes it.

Many of us chat whenever we feel the mood. You could alway go for Monday night. Last night they started a FHE too bad I had to leave following the opening song. BTW~ How did it turn out?
