Imagine living there year round. Blistering summers, freezing winters. What day did you go? I thought Saturday night was the PERFECT night for pageant. We had 1,015 members on sunday, if you were there then your in that number ! I probably saw you haha. It is a very special area and the ward loves visitors, we try to be very friendly. Did you camp or stay at a hotel?

My point was that the majority of teens don't face extremist issues, not that there not around. Life's what you make it. Yes, she's asking what LDS YOUTHS greatest challenge is, and yet posters who are not in there teenage years are posting. I see nothing wrong with posting something that I personally know a few have struggled with. We don't need to add to our challenges, that was my point. Mistakes happen, but many just don't care and will repeat things over and over. You can be serious, frank and chastise people without being on Christlike. Think about Christ casting those market place ppl out of the temple. Loudmouth- Thank you for your comment, I do live in a very good area and should be more thankfull for that.

We do however as a 16 yr old those are not the pressures that i think are facing the average youth. And many of the challenges some youth face, they bring upon themselves. Maybe, my small town conservative up bringing changes my challenges vs. most but thats just my thought.

Prayer always helped. I know my personal prayer and fasting helped me it was evident. Whether God changed his mind based on the personal prayers of those on this fourm is up to him. But, i do know that God answers prayers, and my prayers and others were answered based on my test results and the feelings I had during the test.

Prayer to study the right things. Prayer to be calm. Prayer to remember and fasting. I know it helped.

I plan on majoring in Education. Ether Childhood or I want to be a middle school teacher (requires different classes and is different then an elementary school teaching degree)

Thanks to all of you that prayed for me during my AP testing. I got a 3! Which means that freshman yr at BYU-I I won't have to take history... aka....this is really good. Thanks!

Personally, i would go ahead and keep breastfeeding in the chapel. Your being modest, and reverent. I plan on breastfeeding during sacrament, as long as its done in the right way.

my mother used cloth for both me and my brother. Isn't saving from the cost able to help endure whatever problems you have with it? I'm not one to get sick of poop or pee,

well, i'm not one for hospitals, and the idea that i can bring my baby into the world without medication is very appealing to me. I've always loved the water, and it sounds like a good natural birth option.

So, I've been thinking about using cloth vs. plastic. or a mixture. Cloth at home plastic in public. I hear cloth although messier is more comfy for the baby. Plus, its a ton cheaper. Any of you used cloth?

okay. thanks. Anyone have any other comments? I'm considiring water birth for my first child. I don't want to have her in the hospital however i'm kind of a wimp and i hear that water births are less painfull. I understand that no medication can be used while during water birthing and as much as i hope i can do this without medication and be able to bring my daughter into the world without help of medication i don't want it to go wrong.

...are we not supposed to drink water while fasting? I do....i don't drink juice or milk..but water is like....God's juice!

Anyone ever try it? Did you go to a place or rent a tub? I hear it can be drug free and less pain. Is this true? what are the risks ? Is it less or more expensive then a birth at the hospital
