and would their mascot be, a missionary with a backwards cap and "bling"
  2. what about athiests? there is nothing holy in their beliefs (my cattle can't work... I don't have cattle... I do have dolls but the faerie ones have their own goddess, not that they work anyways:lol:)
  3. what if such a thing was your transportation to church? (whenever I get my scooter/e-bike it will be modified to look like the motorcycle from Akira) and it will always be a joy to ride that, but is it considered bad if its to church?

    LDS Ad's

I always liked that their message in them were, universal, anyone could take something from them. (Though as a kid I had no idea what the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints was, and the commercials answered nothing lol)
  5. yeah I think we should :)

I know you Americans don't much pay attention to hockey, despite having most of the teams and buying the Canadian talent:lol: But as Canadian I am a huge hockey fan, go Sens go (I pray for the day the Nordiques return)...loathe Colorado Today, on topic, I was chatting about hockey as we Canadians are poised to do:lol: and the topic of teams in desert cities came up, and I made the joke of "where's the next tea, gonna be, Salt Lake City? Would they be called... Salt Lake Mormons, Utah Mormons?" Everyone thought that sounded cool so I designed jersey's (home, away, alt) and will probably use my emulator to put them into nhl 96 strange where conversations when in a cornfield can go
  7. I don't have a testimony about anything, though I wasn't anything before, but I too feel confused and slightly afraid about everything, I do have some strange beliefs (like to me, its not that if the Book of Mormon is true, but the message it has) during my atheist days, I wrote a sci fi novel and a fake religious gospel to go with it... good times I guess
  8. huh... wouldn't peg that movie to have one
  9. something tells me not many Mormons collect ball jointed dolls (the only thing anymore I spend large amounts of money on) so I think I will be fine.
  10. yeah best to you, I feel for my parents having raised me:lol: I always said I could never be as good of a father as my own, and its not just the whole aspergers thing, though that is a factor. As I grew up, my interests weren't so dead fixed, though that's not always the case, I think I have done that as time went on, as I was surrounded by the normies
  11. yes, and its usually something useless, I speak from experience:lol:
  12. Jesus Christ Superstar, its a movie as well as a concept album, and a play
  13. I enjoy peoples' company here and there but it drains me. I was shocked at how genuinely nice the people at the meetinghouse were. For the first time in my life, I walked into a room and felt no one hated me, or was whispering about me. I just felt happy. Its the first time I felt any happiness in a Church, or involving religion in general. I hope they have the same positive experience I did
  14. beautiful
  15. ...and I can not lie You other brothers can't deny That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist And a round thing in your face You get... you know I'll just stop there:lol:

Yeah, I remember seeing these when I was a kid, of course, back then I had no clue what a Mormon or the LDS church was (except they made me love egg salad) Those guys may seem dangerous, but in reality, they were just waiting for Michael Jackson,
  17. be careful with anyone with anxiety and throwing them into social situations. I knew Mormons were social, friendly folk, but I didn't expect to be greeted and talked to so much. Though I enjoyed myself, it was very draining. Where I bought some chocolate milk and took a nap, some socially inverted people react more... extreme?
  18. me too, not sure where I'd like to live tbh:lol:
  19. I used to live up there too, Toronto was so hectic but if I ever needed to buy/eat anything it was easy to find something:lol:
  20. I suggest something like writing stories or painting, I have miniature soldiers but also paint on paper and canvas
  21. its mine (dun dun dun!!)
  22. church or hockey, here its hockey (this city has over 50 churches-and that's the Christian ones only, so yeah you'd be lucky to find someone who goes to the same one I'd imagine)
  23. during my stinge of unemployment I engaged in several things, walking, taking outside pictures of the dolls, prior to my job beginning I went to an open meetinghouse and then to the church for church the next day. I have lots of little hobbies, painting things, magic the gathering, watching awful movies and/or anime... its a hoot now I pick corn
  24. methinks he was destined to expose his privates to a smartphone:lol:
  25. that's seriously his name?!
