In my opinion..... near death experiencer Kevin Zadai Th. D. is perhaps the number one AMBASSADOR for Latter day Saints that is relatively famous within the Evangelical Christian Community! Dr. Zadai often talks about how Latter day Saint airline pilot J.. W......... was somehow told by the Holy Spirit to donate to Dr. Zadai..... two hundred and fifty thousand dollars worth of flight training!!!!!!!!! In my opinion..... this sets the stage for an unofficial...... and in a way UNWRITTEN... but none the less valid Cyrus style treaty to exist between Dr. Zadai and SIXTEEN MILLION Latter day Saints all over the world!!!!!!! I plead guilty..... I would so love it if Latter day Saints began to tell their children and grandchildren to take many online Theology courses by Dr. Zadai.... because I have finished one hundred and one of his online courses..... and I am seeing so many breakthroughs in my own life..... that I am kind of in awe!!!!!! In a way.... Dr. Zadai's courses could be chalked up to be along the line of research in Comparative Religion.... that I believe would be a valid field of study at all campuses of Brigham Young University, both in Jerusalem and around the world. I was doing a search for the original article that I took the ancient Islamic quotation from and I ran into this fascinating video! In my opinion Latter day Saints, specifically the students and faculty at Brigham Young University in Jerusalem are in a position to bring a massive shift to the entire Middle East...... and divert the economy of the Middle East away from warfare and in a direction that will be win - win - win - win - win - win - win for Israel, Jordan, The Palestinians, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and all Middle Eastern nations........ I believe that Latter day Saints will catch onto how most of us Christians have refused to obey this admonition from Jesus..... Way to go Serviteur du seigneur........ I also know quite a bit about other religions due to all the church hopping that I have done since I parted ways from the Worldwide Church of God back in 1991. When I personally met with twelve or fourteen LDS Elders or Sisters I wanted to apply the principle of attempting to find some common ground so I asked each pair of Elders and Sisters what they personally thought about the near death experience account of little three year and ten month old Colton Burpo that was made famous in the book and movie, "Heaven is for Real"? I was truly impressed that all of the Elders and Sisters had a great deal of respect for the near death experience account of little Colton Burpo and for his dad, Pastor Todd Burpo, who I believe showed a great deal of intellectual and theological courage in how he handled what his young son was revealing to him and his wife. I believe that Latter day Saints have one of the highest levels of respect for near death experience accounts in general, of any large Christian church, so, in my opinion you LDS have an especially wide open door to use these accounts to reach out to the lost. This is one of the major characteristics that I personally am looking for in a church. In my opinion, any Christian church that expresses a high level of skepticism about the NDE account of little Colton Burpo, probably does not take 2 Corinthians chapter twelve, verses two to four seriously, so..... I would tend to not want to attend any church that doesn't believe in those statements by Paul. You Latter day Saints have really impressed me by how you approach near death experience accounts. Chapter forty one of your book "Gospel Principles", in my opinion, was brilliant... and accurate!

I myself cannot officially join any Christian church....partly due to the questions that I have regarding The Virgin Birth?????? For all that I know, the Holy Spirit when She or He overshadowed Mary / Myriam the mother of Messiah Yeshua - Jesus, She or He may have impregnated Mary with a spermatozoa from Isaiah???????? "therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign: the maiden is with child and she will bear a son, and will call his name Immanuel. By the time he learns to reject the bad and choose the good, he will be eating curds and honey." I personally cannot know all that is hidden in the meaning of this verse!???? So...perhaps President Trump has some questions regarding certain statements in the Apostles Creed that he may not feel entirely comfortable with????

Hi again Carborendum...... I visited the Latter day Saint Temple in Brampton, Ontario on Saturday, (and as always I was truly impressed). Latter day Saints were still there at the Temple after three pm because they were about to get baptized for a deceased person or two or three, or perhaps even more. I have been studying near death experience accounts since 1990 and I feel that they are playing a role in the fulfillment of this promise and prophecy. "The anger of the Lord shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly." (Jeremiah 23:20) I could be wrong... I often am.... but I have the impression that near death experiencer Rabbi Alon Anava is an Orthodox Jewish Rabbi that Latter day Saints attending Brigham Young University in Jerusalem might want to be in contact with. His actual near death experience reminds me of Matthew chapter four on many levels.... and his simple teaching since his brush with death remind me of Matthew chapters five, six and seven. Did you know that the second season of The Chosen was filmed in UTAH!!!! The first season was filmed in Texas! I am actually Jewish or Messianic Jewish....so I deeply appreciate you Latter day Saints for providing the cast and crew of The Chosen with the stage on which this amazing series has been filmed!

Well said The Traveler! I do believe that this problem is common in all denominations of Christianity and is a possible area of common ground that Latter day Saints could use to begin interfaith dialogue that is win, win, win, win as opposed to win or lose.
