Yeah, I guess 2 years ago I joined this forum so I am trying to check this place out again. I am LDS, and I love animation and video games.

And to those who believe that bogus BYU study, video games really help me with stress and stuff, and as long as you stay away from anything M or similar it's just the same as moderating movie watching.

Welcome. I suppose it can be relaxing and useful, if video games and videos are done in moderation. But with any other addiction, video games or television done for hours on end every day can be harmful.
