Jenda Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 I thought this would be appropriate in lieu of some of the other threads we have had lately. How To Start Your Day With A Positive Outlook 1. Open a new file in your PC. 2. Name it "Housework." 3. Send it to the RECYCLE BIN. 4. Empty the RECYCLE BIN. 5. Your PC will ask, "Are you sure you want to delete Housework permanently?" 6. Answer calmly, "Yes," and press the mouse button firmly. 7. Housework all done! 8. Feel better? Quote

sgallan Posted March 8, 2005 Report Posted March 8, 2005 Speaking of housework..... I need a lesson in the proper cleaning of a bathroom and of the oven area. I am Mr Mom now (dad, coach, teacher and so on). I can cook just fine. B) I even do dishes well. :) But I am bathroom, oven, and floor deficient. The will is sometimes there but it is a matter of ignorance. Quote

For the bathroom--you're basically just hosed. There's no shortcut. Floor, walls, every square inch must be scrubbed.... Quote
Winnie G Posted March 8, 2005 Report Posted March 8, 2005 I use to teach a house-cleaning program using each day of the week and annual file cards. I was a horrible house keeper much like my young daughter is now, my mother could not get it though my head with out making me feel bad and now I pass on y lesions to her with encouragement. I can photo copy it and mail it to any one who wants it. Just give me an email and I will mail it to you. One of these days I should retype it and have it for on line e-mail. One of these days. There is also a book called the family help book one and two. THEY’RE the BEST, there out of print I think but I bet you can find then\m on line some were. Quote
