This was hilarious. One of the few that I have actually laughed out loud.

My husband has come up with some inventive misinterpretations of shopping lists, but not this version, thankfully (good thing I don't number my list or he might have!). At least hers stuck to the list and didn't get a ton of impulse stuff. :)

Lol, now that would be a womans job. I wonder how many women here will own up to having walked into a store with the intent of purchasing set items, and walk out with every item imaginable apart from the ones they went into the store to buy ;)

The youtube clip was quite funny... but wow, her accent! I had to split the video into segments and play each segment a couple of times to understand what she was saying.

I fully admit it, Mahone. It's times like that when I come home with a receipt the length of my arm that I'm glad I don't have a husband to whom to make excuses.....

I understood her perfectly...what's your problem? I have trouble listening to British accents! :P

Even I know better than to do that! Although I always get accused of going outside of the list and buying things I see we need that just happen to be on 'special'. Sorry, but by now she should know that if she only wants what is on the list she should go herself.

I'm not saying I'm a total angel about sticking to the list, but DH really is worse about impulse items than I am. Mine are mostly along the lines of "oh yeah, we ARE low on that and I didn't write it down!", his tend to be "oh, that looks good".
