Two Groups

Every job my husband has had, has had someone in the second group try and sometimes succeed to take credit for his work.

He is getting wiser about announcing to all present what work he has done and fewer take claim... at least where he knows about it.

I would definitely rather be in the first group and am in that group as I have a very nervous personality which would not survive long if I had to worry about being caught in the act of lying or cheating.

Besides, acomplishing things gives me alot of satisfaction. Maybe it is my OCD acting up... :unsure.dontknow:

I sometimes think there are really 3 kinds of people:

kind one: Those that get in and make things happen.

kind two: Those that sit on the side lines and watch things happen.

kind three: Those that wonder what's happening.

A old co-worker asked me yesterday over the phone why don’t I stop by and take a coffee brake with me?

I told her that I did not wish to run in to my old boss because my skin would crawl off my body and would wait for me in the car.

She one of those “Oh how wonderful to see you”! When you’re standing there knowing full well she is black in side and really feels nothing for you.

I can not stand fake people! Those are the group all by them self’s.

She giggled and I offered her a lunch anytime at my home two blocks awayif she wanted to run away one day.

Yeah thank Strawberry. I don't know why some people just crawl under my skin and pinch. Other's no matter what they say, it doesn't bother me. Maybe it is because some are basically very good people and I can take it from them.

Then it might also be that two very difficult things has happened yesterday... continuing on today that have me stressed out.

First my daughter's very dearest friend from high school died yesterday morning after a 5 year battle with brain tumors.

Then last night I got called by a woman I VT and was told her daughter never made it home from junior high. She is still missing. I am scared spitless for her.

She has spent time over at our house and is the sweetest gentlest girl you could ever meet. ... I am just a wreck...

The funeral for my daughter's friend is in a couple of days, she had just cried her eyes out all night and day.

Myself, I was up all night giving the young girl's mother comfort and support and I am joining a door to door at three. I don't know how long we will be doing that.

But I would appreciate any and all prayers in our behalf of finding her... safe and sound.

She has been found!!!!

Unreal. Her girl friend talked her into going to a party that was supposed to just be at her house. It ended up the canyon and she was unable to get home until they were willing to bring her home.

Her mother is both relieved... and madder than heck!
