So, this is sort of a stupid question but my mom got me this Resverstrol Red Wine Extract (Grapeseed and Citrus Bioflavonoids) that has vitamin C in it. I don't think it's alcoholic, but I didn't think until just now that I could be breaking the word of wisdom? lol

I pretty sure it's okay, but if not I can toss it. I've used probably 75% of the bottle. I don't always take it everyday, but since I've been trying to get over this cold and sinus junk I have.

I just ran it through the Afterlife Database 2000. You are definitely going to Hades.

I figured that was the case, but it doesn't hurt to check into it. I know that we can use red wine for a cook ingredient? Is that correct?

I mean...I don't use wine to cook. I hardly cook at all.

That is a question with an answer based on opinion. Some are going to tell you go ahead and cook with alcohol, others are going to say don't.

It's like with rootbeer. Some say it is harmless, but others pick up on the word beer. The first group says that is going overboard and the second group says they are trying to retrieve the lifesaver.

The word of wisdom urges us to treat our bodies as the divine temples of our spirit that they are. Anything you do for the help, edification, or treatment of the body to make it better, is OK with the word of wisdom. Anything you do detrimental with disregard to the consequences to your body is not ok. This is why using heroin is against the word of wisdom, but taking oxycontin (medical heroin) by the direction of your doctor is not against the word of wisdom.

Since this is in the advice forum and the OP hasn't returned since 2009, I'm going to close. I'm sure he has finished up that bottle by now. :)
