Isn't this because of the general good health of people in Utah, which leads to longer life spans? Not to mention the large families. When you have many people in a population that share similar genetic heritage then the same traits will show up more than they would in a more genetically diverse population like New York.

According to the report, the ranking is likely due to the fact Utahns live longer.

My daughter husband’s mother is diagnosed with the latter stages of this dreaded illness. It is heart wrenching to see a person writher away before your own eyes.

As I seen it in my own life with mini-strokes, shutting down portions of the brain and reducing functions one at a time. But the masses do not have this same problem or maybe not drinking from aluminum cans.

Sounds like Hemi's advice to not drink the water has merit, assuming one takes it far enough. :)
