Jodilean Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 Hello, My name is Jody. About 10 years ago while living in the Midwest, I left the church (long story and unimportant), but now I am "back". Basically, I've been called to repentance, and have reaffirmed my belief in Jesus Christ and His gospel. What brought me back? The example of some LDS friends I have who never asked questions and never judged me. I'm reading the Book of Mormon, praying, and even my non-member husband is planning on being baptized!! Quote

We are all glad ou are here today and willing to look ahead instead of behind you. Yes, welcome! Quote

kittymac1969 Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 Welcome!!!!! As a former "less active" member, I can testify to just how amazing it feels to become active again. If you're like me, your testimony becomes even stronger. It's wonderful that your husband is planning on getting baptized! :) Quote
