My oldest daughter is currently agnostic and I've been through an agnostic phase myself. It's natural to question the things we have been taught and we all need to find our what we believe for ourselves. I hope you are able to find the help you seek.

There is life outside the church! I was once in your position. I left and never looked back! It was the best decision I ever made.

However, while you're in your parents house, you should respect their rules. They are doing what they think is best - I know mine did. When I have children, on the other hand, I'm going to do things differently.
