1. If one had to choose between Cantonese, Schezuan or Hunan style Chinese cooking, what would you choose?

2. Would you throw all three overboard for some Vietnamese or Thai cooking?

Schezuan, and I'd throw it over for Thai.

Although Hunan is good. Hmmm.
