Winnie G Posted July 11, 2006 Report Posted July 11, 2006 Sure that sounds good. I have 24 things selling on ebay right now, CD’s LDS prints star wars banks that move and talk, two for $25.00 their that price for one. My ebay name is Harryssister all one word. All my sales end this week. Check it out. Quote
MBASS Posted July 11, 2006 Author Report Posted July 11, 2006 Thanks Winnie! My name is knmbass on ebay! I rarely sell things but when I do its baby stuff and womens clothing. Oh if I could get in my hubbies closet we'd be rich! LOL Quote
Winnie G Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 Wow This was my first time selling on eBay. I bought an eBay dummy book and read it from cover to cover. I thought I would give it a try. I took digital photos of 24 items 8 sold and I made 40.00 dollars. That was just stuff I did not care about any more in my house. I will most likely do much better as I go along. I am having a yard sale on Saturday and what does not go I can always put on eBay. I have a stack of old romance comic books I found in a bottom of a box I won at an action year back. Could care less about them I would have never read them, there old the price on them is 10 cents. I thought I sell them in one lot as is and see what happens. Quote
StrawberryFields Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 I am a much better buyer then a seller on Ebay. I don't like to ship things out...that is such a pain. I have taken to giving it all away. Quote
shanstress70 Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 I have never been much of an ebay seller, although my husband has sold a few things there... we certainly do our fair share of buying from ebay though! I prefer to sell locally on craigslist. I have had MUCH success there and don't have to worry about shipping and all that. Of course you have to deal with people stopping by your house to check out stuff. Maybe I'll give ebay a shot though for the stuff I haven't been able to shed. Quote
shanstress70 Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 OK this is wierd. I just went to see your items, knmbass and harryssister. For both of you it said you currently have no items for sell. Did you really sell everything, or is it a problem with ebay right now? Quote

Craigslist is a free classified site. I think you're from the SLC area, but there is another one in UT. Just click on UT in the list of states to see the choices. Here is the SLC link. Quote
Lindy Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 Sounds good to me... the heads up and all.... I buy mostly music to help replace the stuff I had "loaned" out without knowing about it. Quote

Marsha Posted July 24, 2006 Report Posted July 24, 2006 Can I post the store my wife is selling stuff on?Sure, go ahead. :)Marsha Quote
MJN42 Posted July 24, 2006 Report Posted July 24, 2006 http://stores.ebay.com/Amemi-Home_W0QQssPa...sQ3amesstQQtZkmSome of these items are a bit pricey. Quote
Marsha Posted July 24, 2006 Report Posted July 24, 2006 http://stores.ebay.com/Amemi-Home_W0QQssPa...sQ3amesstQQtZkmSome of these items are a bit pricey. They are very nice, pricey indeed. But if it is quality, that is what you pay for. I would have bid on the cast iron Key holder, but the shipping & handling is a bit up there. Also, is the cookware dropshipped? Looks like "stock" photo's, not of the actual "in hand" items.Just wondering.Marsha Quote
MJN42 Posted July 24, 2006 Report Posted July 24, 2006 They are high end products for sure. The cookware are made in France, they buy them from Canada and shipped from there. any other ?'s just ask. Quote
