If a woman conceives a baby when not married, marries the father who is not lds before the baby is born and then gets divorced about 2 years later, would she ever be able to have a temple wedding?

So a bishop wouldn't mind giving her permission as long as she's following the teachings of the church now even though she didn't before?

Yes. Remember the church believes in repentance (Isaiah 1: 18).

People of the LDS church believe and teach the principle of repentance. Indeed, it is one of the first principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through His atoning grace, one can become worthy of all the blessings of the gospel.

Correct. We all commit sins that separate us from God. If we repent, truly repent, God will forgive us. Come unto Jesus.

To be honest, there are all sorts of stuff you could stick after "if a woman did..." and the same answer would still apply. Details really don't matter.
