Traveler Posted May 30, 2014 Report Share Posted May 30, 2014 I have yet to meet anyone that drinks Coke soda as part of their covenant with G-d to bring about righteousness. But I know of several that do not drink Coke sodas as part of their covenant with G-d to live a healthy life style and as an example for others. Whatever our covenant is with G-d - I hope we keep in mind that such covenant should not cause us to be prideful or look down on others - thinking ourselves better. The idea of covenants with G-d is to draw near unto him so he can draw near unto us in the first place and to help us have compassion for others in the second.
