I hope this post is ok, please let me know if it is not. I will be going through the temple to receive my endowments in two weeks. I am beyond excited! My husband and I will be going through together and then we will be sealed 6 days later. I am curious to know what everyone's opions are on the most comfortable garments. We will be buying our garments here soon and I would love some input and advice on what to buy and how many to buy.

It would be great to also get input for my husband as well.

Welcome. If you do a search of the forums you'll find numerous threads about garments that probably answer your question.

You will also find those who work where you buy them are really helpful too. They will show you samples of material they are made from and answer questions you may have. I hope you have a great experience while in the House of the Lord.

As a man, I wear both the cotton and mesh garments. I don't care for the compression material. I don't like the crew neck top, but that's probably because I'm not a pencil-necked geek. I wear the scooped round neck. I change garments daily, just like (I imagine) most people change their underwear daily, so you should buy enough to get you through between laundry days.

I don't like the crew neck top, either, and I AM a pencil-necked geek.

Carinessa for me. I can't stand wearing a bra with garments. The carinessa lycra-type fit is sufficient to support those on the smaller side of things.
