How long did it take to put this together? Quote
NeuroTypical Posted August 17, 2017 Author Report Posted August 17, 2017 About 15 minutes during a lunch break, actually. Google search results for "eclipse playlist", assembled and perfected by yours truly. seashmore 1 Quote
NeuroTypical Posted August 17, 2017 Author Report Posted August 17, 2017 Love that cover. But on Monday, the music makes the eclipse, not the other way around . Quote
seashmore Posted August 19, 2017 Report Posted August 19, 2017 I cannot stress how glad I will be when it's over. Answering phones for an eye doctor 40 miles from the path of totality........I kept a tally on Wednesday, and was asked about the eclipse glasses no fewer than ten times between 9 and 11:30. One lady apologetically acknowledged yesterday that she probably wasn't the first person to ask, to which I said, "That's ok. I'm sure I'm not the first person to tell you we don't have any." Without my special glasses I couldn't even tell (here where totality was 93%) except for the cresent shaped images of the sun via the pinhole effect in the trees shadows, and the pleasant temperature. Pfft, fake news. Edited August 21, 2017 by Mike NeuroTypical 1 Quote
