Some of them, like the one posted, can make one wonder if there is some secret society where people are paid off to try to help one side or the other win the game. When things are obviously called wrong and it is clear to everyone, it seems almost more blatant that someone is trying to slant the game. WELL...if you were running a Casino and had some really good bets at that point...you may have just made a LOT of money. Don't underestimate the gambling mafia.
