Church account help

Hello everyone. I’ve made a church account (the one you register on the LDS website) and I forgot the password. So I reset it. But the new password didn’t work. So I changed it. But it STILL didn’t not work even when I got emails saying it changed. What’s going on? Do I need to become a registered member of the church first? Is it a bug? I need some help.

Pam's got the right link.  As a frequent password-forgeter myself, I can first-hand say that Support people are helpful!

What browser are you using?  Some browsers tend to be incompatible with certain websites, especially if you have certain security measures turned on.

Additionally, if your connectivity is spotty, passwords have a tough time working because of time codes.
