Successful Marriage Quote

In a recent discussion with my wife, she told me of a friend who is struggling to find the "right" person to date and perhaps continue on to marriage with. More of the icky details removed, I'm just looking for the quote that roughly states, "Any righteous Latter-Day Saint man and woman can have a successful eternal marriage."

I am looking to find the speaker, reference and context of the quote. Thanks to any and all who can assist.
