ldsgurl, I think that the recipe book would be an excellent addition to your exercise program. I would include reduced fat , sugar and salt recipes as well as ways to add extra vitamins, nutrients and fiber to the diet. Yummy! I can almost taste the delicious samples you are handing out! You go girl!!!.....this sample rocks!!! Best Wishes, I know that you can do it! the problem is not putting the recipes together its cooking them lol jk...im an alright cook One of the girls a while ago in my ward orginized the ward bulitin board. She put alot of work into it. I donno how long she did it for but it was quite a while thats a great idea but im outa time lol...got 3 weeks!!!!!!!! AHHHH

yeah here if ur caught with them during school they are taken...i don't have a cell phone..i don't really need one at the moment...if i need one i just take one of my parents...if i wanted a cell phone i would have to pay for it myself and since i don't particularly need one im not wasting the money that i don't have lol

ldsgurl, Good luck with your exercise project. I'm sure that it will be a huge success. thanks i need all the luck i can get lol...its hard to eat healthy and excercise...but im doing good so far..im also going to put together a recipe book for when im older as another part of this project

the other day a married guy told us youth some things he did on a group date...when he was in college they went around and cleaned all the street signs and they were actually stopped by the police cause he wanted to know what they were doing...he said the signs had never been shinier lol another time he and a friend cooked dinner and went with their dates to the middle of a median.(the thing between streets going opposite ways) and they ate there and of course people stared

hey yall im a laurel and almost out of yw's and i have done faith, divine nature, good works, choice and accountability projects, and working on individual worth and Integrity right now..i need an idea for knowledge...i was gonna do the one about excercising but i dunno...its not warm enough and im gonna be 18 in april so i need something else...does anybody have any ideas for me!! i would really appreciate it!!

i was in an accident on friday but it was not my fault...i was waiting in line at an atm and the guy ahead of me was about to go off..i saw him close his car door(so he could reach he had it open) and i was just patiently waiting and he all of a sudden starts backing up and he says it was so he could reach his receipt...i honked but he didn't stop and i couldn't put it in reverse in time....it put a hole in the plastic part in the front and scratched behind that and the impact like shattered the paint..now it looks like a spider web...so we need a paint job...that guys going to be paying....that was my first accident and im a safe driver..i don't speed more than 5 over and the only thing im guilty of is driving off fast to look cool in my fast car hehe
