I just wanted to say how great this site is.
I have been a member of the church since I was 2, I served in the Arkansas Little Rock Mission in '93 and '94....then things went off road.
I have been away from the church until this year and I have come back with a fire and a passion that I don't know that I ever had.
I married a non-member and we are currently separated. This was what began my soul-searching that led me to realize that I had been untrue to myself all these years. It hasn't been easy to realize the mistakes that I have made and to rectify them. But I love the church and our Heavenly Father so much and I am very happy to be active again.
I recently found pictures and my missionary journal and read through it....it was really good to relive those memories. I am starting another journal now that is of my life and I am trying to be even more detailed. It is amazing what you forget if you don't write it down....it seems at the time like you will always remember it, but I have tried to remember some of the Elders on my mission and because I didn't write down their first name I may not ever be able to find them.
Well, thanks for this site, I am really enjoying some of the fun things on here....hope to be very active.
