LOL... interesting how some suck up to your shoes and hang on ... LOL There are some great posters here though. I love Dove, Traveler, and those who put their minds to problem solving and discussion instead of harrasing and bullying. I think I might stay around and just respond to the intelligent kind people.

I love all the comments on this thread! I searched for understanding on this subject myself several years ago and came to find that my ability to forgive others came from me receiving the power of the atonement through charity. You know the scripture in Moroni 7:47-48 where after it tells us that charity is the pure love of Christ, the next verse says we must pray to be filled with it? It was when I had received this love filling my heart that I was capable of loving everyone and forgiving everyone including myself. Of course I agree with the OP.. we don't really forgive ourselves-- we just put it into the Lord's hands. Of course this brought me to wonder about which came first-- the forgiveness or the abilitity to forgive and the obvious conflict with the scripture that teaches we must forgive to be forgiven. In any case I must have done something right to receive the love and power to forgive--

It is hard to see those who have such great promise squander some of it on the world, lost. But until they die, they have time to repent and who knows what the Lord will bring into their lives to turn them around... Prayer is a very good suggestion, the more the better.

If you discredit some source because of one off beet statement you would have to throw away quite a few great sources including Joseph Smith who state there were quakers on the moon.

You can't always pick your places to find truth. Perhaps a lowly un-authorized Jesus shouldn't have tried preaching to the ones who thought they knew it all. I take truth where I find it. When many show facts that are varifyable I accept them after they are varified.

What I understand is that Obama/Bilderberg group wants fewer people on the planet. They have initiated several different programs to accomplish this end-- and abortion is just one, euthanasia is another, but there are pandemics, wars, and a host of other ideas being initiated.
