  5. Well I went to my gp - and he sorted out any referrals - but I don't know how it would work in the US. Don't be stubborn though - your health is too important
  6. I suffer from stress and anxiety (and am just coming out an 'attack' that started last week - various nasty things to deal with) - with a smattering of depression and could have written part of that myself - Personally I would say - make an appointment and see your doctor.

  8. I think (although my understanding is sketchy) that you can still chase foxes with hounds, you just can't use the hounds to kill the fox, they have to be shot or killed by a bird of prey!!

  11. Yeah, he was a bit annoyed with me as I kept taking his photo (was playing with a new camera!!!) Just to let you know I was inactive for at least 10 years, and eventually went back and I have to say I haven't regretted it.

  14. Quick update on the rioting in the UK last night the rioting had spread to Birmingham, Liverpool, Nottingham and Bristol. Latest here BBC News - Further riots in London as violence spreads across England

I returned after being inactive for about ten years (give or take) and effectively I just walked in through the doors (I will admit I did have my family with me) - some of the people I knew but a lot I didn't and I was made to feel very welcome. My bishop at the time came up to greet me. The hardest bit, as with everything, was just walking through the doors, but it was well worth it and I haven't regretted it once. Hope that helps somewhat.
  16. You could just think the amen, or whisper it very quietly to yourself - no reason as far as I know to say it out loud.
