I loved this guy while growing up. So sad.

I love his comment in the article:

Newman was half of one of the most successful showbiz marriages -- to Joanne Woodward, whom he married in 1958. He observed that just because he was a sex symbol there was no reason to commit adultery.

"Why would I go out for a hamburger when have steak at home?" he asked.

Love that quote too. That's a great example.

Of all his movies, I think the one I liked the most was Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. But he does have quite a few great ones.

I think he was an amazing man and such a good example. I always admired his love for his wife. Too bad we don't have more examples like his (I mean in Hollywood).

I love old movies and I'm sure Turner Classics will be playing his movies -- can't wait!
