It wasn't fake actually...okay, it was semi-fake. But the person who did it was from Quebec and a native French-Canadian speaker.

That's exactly what she thought it was. I saw of clip of her on my newstation saying that she didn't want to end up on the 5:00 local news getting punk'd, so she hung up.
