Wow that's a great signature. I don't know what it means...but...ummm...it's great FT.

Thanks, Pam. :P It's supposed to show the image that this links to, but it didn't.

Do it in bbcode, not HTML. It will end up looking something like this...

[url=http-~~-//www.lolcats.com][img=http-~~-//www.lolcats.com/images/u/07/46/lolcatsdotcom7z91g2szgf3ecdat.jpg][/url]

(that's not actually html code, I had to use those tags to keep the forum from interpreting the bbcode and spitting out an image)

Hm, an administrator might have disabled images in signatures.

I think that's the case. Under the 'Edit Signature' box, there's a list of features allowed for signatures. 'Allow Image BB Code' is OFF. Sorry man... it's a nice picture. :D

Or it could be that your image is simply too big. And IMO it IS too big. Large signatures are obnoxious.

Also, you need to host it on your own web space. To link it is fine, but to cause the image to show up as Hemi did is bandwidth stealing. Every time someone loads your posts it loads not only the text but the images for every single post, and thus bandwidth from lolcats.com is being used. So, please, save the image on your hard drive and upload it on your own web space if you want to do more than provide a direct link.

After a few months of CB's humor, it was moment to connect the threads with the person. I went to his page and looked. :lol:

I have a question concerning MACS J0025.4−1222.

Why do you ask?

Ah... no reason. Just playing around. And I wanted to whip out my poker face. It never gets to be used.

I think vBulliten does have an option to allow signatures, but limit their size. Maybe some friendly administrator can look into this.
