Iggy Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 Anyone that doesn't know what the Tri-Cities area in Washington is..obviously lives too far to come. I was raised in Seattle: Ballard to be exact. I had to look it up to remind myself where the Tri-Cities area was. My 1st Husband worked in Richland for about 3 weeks when he was still with Stromberg-Carlson. This was back in '73 or '74 in the spring or early summer - I fell in love with it. Quote
prisonchaplain Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 I went to college in Spokane. Many of our students were refugees from the Tri Cities. Quote
Vort Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 I went to college in Spokane. Many of our students were refugees from the Tri Cities.Funny. Having lived in both places, I suspect there are more people in the Tri-Cities who consider themselves refugees from Spokane. :) Quote

bcguy Posted June 3, 2011 Report Posted June 3, 2011 If I come to the tri-cities, it will be to purchase a rust free truck. What is the humidity there like? is rust a problem with old 20-30 year old vehicles in the tri-cities? Quote

Rust is not generally a huge problem for cars in most of eastern Washington. Quote
