Where they (the parents and teachers) sexually active with someone over the adult line (over 18 years old) when they where minors (under 18)? Or where they just a bunch of stupid 16 year olds having sex with each other because they could not control their hormones?

I wondered why this case niggled at me so. The lawyer has now made this a direct attack on most Christians. My guess is that their only defense now is to say Kate persisted because she was truly in love, and could not help herself.

.. if "they could not help themselves" is a legitimate defense argument to prevent someone from winding up in trouble then we'd have to release about every criminal.

HA! They sent out a bounty hunter.

I read a statement today from the bond company saying that this is one of those unusual cases where the bonded individual came to the company and asked to be taken to jail.

From todays (8/22/13) WPTV.COM:

Normally bail bond companies revoke bail bond when the person is at risk for fleeing, said Ron Barnett with Barnett Bail Bonds in Vero Beach.

“This was not the case” in Hunt’s case, said Barnett. He said she came to the company Monday and asked to be returned to jail.

I don't know, though probably the latter for most of them. However, be aware that they probably saw no need to "control" their hormones. They felt no guilt, perceived no sin.
