Yes, its facetious. The scriptures are suggestive, rather than definitive, on the question of whether Christ had tattoos, and my interpretation is that the suggestion is that He did not. However, the scriptures are quite clear that He did have, and still has, body piercings, which He sometimes shows to His friends.
