Are people forgiven considered healed?

In scripture, it's the inverse - when Christ healed a person physically, he often¹ told them they were forgiven.

¹Always? I've never done a comprehensive analysis.

Otherwise, yeah, healed from what?  Being forgiven certainly heals the soul.  But one can be forgiven of sin without receiving healing for the body.
