It is these "Old" and "unused" DNA "that scientist propose are left over from the evolutionary process." that have me going. I think that in another 50 years they will have another theory on that Which will be closer to what I have proposed here. But in 50 years I guess I will be long gone from here perhaps:bawl:

Hello;) I'm your friendly Brick Wall:D Yes, I cannot transfer my tan to my children but I can transfer my ability to tan. And yes, I believe that the abiliety to develope a perminate dark skin or brown or white or what ever, was in the original code to be used when ever needed. How long does it take to switch on a sequence of code? The Deep Blue Sea says to the Brick Wall, "Not long" And yes; it is a principal which all who hold the Priesthood knows. You cannot pass on "Keys" or "Authority" you yourself do not hold. I believe it is a universal thing or something like that:)

I believe that if you killed off every blond on the plaint for the next 20 years every time one would show up, in 100 years that blond can still be retrieved because the info is still in the code. Just like from a few parents of the ark a wide variety of creatures can emerge depending on the genetic info taken into the ark.

Historically people have treated each other quite badly no matter what the differences. Especially if they had the police powers of the governments. -

I did not think the Plymouth Colony or Jamestown (for a while) or any of the earlier landings had that much drama going on with the indigenous people but I do know that people are people and it did happen. -

The Jamestown bunch did that? I did not know that. How sad. -
A "Friend" on Facebook put this up and surprising to me so many of my "friends" thought it great. What do you think? ""I celebrated Thanksgiving in an old-fashioned way. I invited everyone in my neighborhood to my house, we had an enormous feast, and then I killed them and took their land."- Jon Stewart"

Thank you "Changed". I have often used this verse ever since sthe mid 60'd concerning this subject. We all have our sphere in which we follow that which is right in God's Eyes.

". . .and he shall go no more out. . ."
JohnnyRudick replied to JohnnyRudick's topic in LDS Gospel Discussion
This a couple seemed to think at Church today wanted to use this to confirm some sort of idea that we are born over and over on this earth till we get it right and then we would "go no more out" of the presence of the heavenly beings to learn on this earth. I said much the same as all your comments. Happy to be in good company:) -
Was discussing many things with friends and one of my "little" brothers and I was presented with this verse out of Revelations. I had read it many times and never looked at it quite the way it was presented to me today. What do you make of this part of this verse? Revelation 3:12 "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name." Thanks:rolleyes:

Me too:huh: But we must keep trying. The more I try the more I find I do:rolleyes:

I believe you may know that many utterances in the Old Testament and a few in the New have duel applications. One, what the man proven to be a prophet meant when he said it and also another meaning that time proved out. Such as those that "scholars" say refer to the coming birth, ministry and atonement of the Savior. Right?
