PrisonChap....when I read your post I also took it as if you were leaving.....hope thats not true.....

we had an exchange student with us last year from Latvia.....she was great and she did know and speak English better than me.....she was with us for a year and we had to send her back home....I felt like I was losing a daughter......she was great!!!!!

you should go to England.....and visit the English Lake District.....there are so many...its beautifull....I had the opportunity to see Cockermouth England in the Lake District....I served in that area on my Mission...its great!!!!

Like I said in an earlier post.....you need to get the book I mentioned and read it......

I have kept a journal since right after I graduated from high school......whats neat about going back and being able to read past entries is for instance.......I always wrote in there about having no desire to serve a 2 year mission. While reading in my journal you can see how I started changing and wanting to serve....its awesome!!!!!!!!

The site is great......and I am enjoying chatting with all of you and getting to know some of you by chatting.......THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!....... B)

I would strongly encourage everyone to get the book titled......"Believing Christ" by Stephen E. Robinson......the book is also available on dvd....excellent book .........

Martin Harris did not go and start his own church up unlike several of the others....its also very important to point out Martin Harris even though he left the Church he did not deny his Testimony of the Church....

lets see......there was Emma who went her way and then Sydney Rigdon went and started a church....and a host of others......

I believe it was the Discovery channel that did something in regards to our landing on the moon....they presented some evidence that would make you think....if I can remember one bit had to do with the shadow the flag makes on the moon...it was interesting.....and they had alot more stuff...just can't remember all of it....LOL

turns out they were witnesses to a murder and someone was after them or they had just witnessed a murder.......could have happened to anyone anywhere....

Sqallan......you are totally wrong about what you said....those missionaries were not in a bad area....you need to get the facts before sharing your opinion.... I believe you are smart enough to know this.....and also....I am a parent of a son serving a mission in another part of the world....and also those young men did not screw up as you put it.

I agree with you Ben.....it should be kept simple and not something to into debt over....President Kimball use to say....and they also say if a young woman isn't gonna be married in the Temple the best place for her to be married is in her own back yard.......
