  1. Thank you for that post. I am trying to help someone have courage.....and faith...and quotes are good! All to often we want to run away back to what we know rather than step ahead into the unknown.
  2. I believe dreams are a very important part of us and that it is important to analyze your dreams. Why, you may ask? Because we dream about our past, the future, and the present. We plan, we think. We look at the world around us. Dreams can tell you what your life is like, or something that is happening. The Lord gave us to, dreams, for visions in the nighttime to increase our learning and understanding of the gospel. I can give my own personal thought on the dream, if you like. :)
  3. I admit to my addiction. I admit to my insanity. I admit that I could use more food. I admit posting is a relief. I admit this is keeping me from bed! Eh, I must just love you guys.
  4. I recently had a dream about witches and clown crocs. It was...rather looney. But then again, who isn't looney at this hour, hahahahahah?
  5. My hobbies... *scratches chin* Currently it seems to be running around like a chicken with my head cut off but here we go (in no particular order): horses art writing music plants random useless facts walking playing with animals reading SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. Which I should be doing at this point. GAMES!!!!!!! *Drool* Computers chatting web page design whatever I do with my free time... sewing! Swordsmanship martial arts....etcetcetc
  6. Mmm, gotta love it. You're in Yangshou, right? Yeah, the smoke is like...BLEGH. I have pictures of China if anyone wants to see them.
  7. Marriage takes time and maturity. Without it, it is extremely difficult. Having a child and not having a father is also something difficult, but you want to be married for time and all eternity, don't you? To have your child to be sealed to you? If you can't get along with girls, then it's less likely you'll get along with a husband. What's important right now is that you get back on track. Some won't accept you because they are blargh, but it's about accepting and obeying God's commandments, not who likes you. If you want a good home for your child, you must be the best mother you can and by going to church, waiting, and really growing, you'll be able to provide a better home for that child.
  8. You're outnumbered, Jason! We're coming to get you!!!
  9. Betcha can't find my records sister! If I can't find them, I could always make them.
  10. Thank-you muchly, Sugar. And thanks for reminding me about the other side bothering me.
  11. I'll be down in St George at the Tabernacle's basement, actually! Lol. I'll be a call member loactor (primarily) and I'll be calling people to find members who have lost their membership records, data entry, and seeing how they feel about the gospel, if they want their membership moved, etc.
  12. Thanks! Sister Seraphim (or Sister Miyaca) is on her way!
  13. Okay, so bishop and I weren't really sure who'd get the papers, but apparently the call member locator center does, lol! They got them and they called me and I start my mission tomorrow! :Dancing: This has totally not sunk in yet but it will tomorrowwwww. :Applause: If not today!
  14. Yeah, that's what I thought it did! Hmmm. Dating.....it's a big...pool of...ewwwness.
  15. Hey, it's a pretty good site. Dunno why cause such a commotion about the link, though I completely understand it could be like spam, but Tony isn't like that. O_o
  16. LOL!!! Finding two quarters? Lol, maybe somebody is telling you to get rich.
  17. I think it's cold. I have my window open. I should close it sometime.
  18. Keep in mind THIS IS IN FUN. I *do* drive the speed limit--in fact, I'm a pretty safe driver. This isn't MEANT to be serious. New drivers are kind of fun to watch, though. I jerked a few times when I was learning how to. ^.^ But that doesn't mean I wasn't trying to be safe! Actually...I go pretty much slower than everyone else. Um. Unless it's late. And I totally forget to watch the spedomiter. That was while I didn't have cruise control, though!
  19. Well let's see, I'm going to China (Yangshou area of southern China) next week. I can tell you that China is more capitalistic than California. And consumerism IS growing there. Perhaps one could focus more on the western civilizations (taken quite liberally that includes the competing religion/philosophy of Islam) and then one can say that it is a battle for the soul of the Middle East and Europe -- ultimately the US as well. Western values of freedom are great, but with freedom comes responsibility and without a religious foundation and an ethic that sacrifice for others and morality Europe and the US cannot (since having children for instance requires sacrifice of the self) maintain itself -- and if Muslims are highly fertile then that alone will mean Islam will triumph. Yangshou is the best! It's very Western down there with English Street and all. There are many Chinese people seeking to find God and I would love to help them. But the point is, their government really just won't let it happen. I'm sad to see them adopt Western ways and yet forget about other things as well, such as freedom of religion. People will do anything they can to make themselves look better, especially when it comes to religion. People will do all they can to knock us down and say they're better, yet it seems to me that's just going against what they preach. I agree with what Ben said.
  20. It's snowing! It's been doing that the past couple hours, but it's not sticking at ALL!!!
  21. Heheheh, sure, why not!? Lisa, lol, I drive long distances....I drive...in the snow. (Heck, it's snowing right now!) Lol. Things are crazy when I drive sometimes because I'm generally not used to people in my car at the same time I am.
