  1. The other problem we run into with the covid conversation is the manipulated statistics from the healthcare workers. There will never be a way to know how much that influenced the numbers.
  2. I don't. I do know that 100% of the hospitalizations that I personally know were covid vaxxed. I guess I'll put that question back to you. How do you explain that?
  3. There were some of us at work who did not get the covid shot. Pretty much everyone in the agency caught covid and many had it more than once. 100% of the hospitalizations from covid in my agency had taken the shot. Let me repeat that: 100% of the hospitalizations in my agency took the shot. I also took ivermectin while being treated. Seemed pretty dang effective to take an anti-viral for a virus.
  4. Speaking to the non covid shot. I think we give too many vaccinations to infants too quickly. I think they should be spaced out over a longer period of time. @Carborendum nailed it on the head in regard to Pres. Nelson and his urge to take the Covid shot. Then a whole crapton of LDS went on a self righteous tour of the world if you did not take the prophetically revealed Covid shot.
  5. This has been my experience (among many other things) with the homeless.
  6. There is also the possibility she just wants to be catered to and people have been giving her what she wants with little or no effort on her part. That is common among the homeless crowd.
  7. Absolutely correct.
  8. This can be done in a great many ways outside of what we refer to as serving a mission. I have helped reactivate several people over the years since returning from my mission. I feel like they are bigger "successes" then what happened on my mission.
  9. That was not delineated. Correct.
  10. Actually it depends on why an early homecoming.
  11. I served a mission. I don't think a mission is right for everyone. I get some heat from a lot of members for that position. I'm also not afraid to tell them they are wrong.
  12. I have noticed on occasion the speed with which @zil2 mows the lawn...
  13. I had a Nolan Ryan rookie card as a kid. I threw it (and a lot of others) away before I knew about collectibles.
  14. “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste,” “And what I mean by that is, it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.” ~ Rahm Emanuel, 2008
  15. I'm going to cut you a great deal of slack for your comment because my post was not even intended for this forum, I was discussing a different thread in a different place and accidentally posted in this thread. As for this part, my comment has zero to do with feelings.
  16. We have the same issue with getting people to accept callings.
  17. We get to speak a lot more often these days. We have about 100-120 actively attending Sacrament Meeting. About half refuse to give talks or say prayers.
  18. I have documented gang members. There is a specific set of criteria we use to do so and from what I have seen online/in the news, he meets the criteria to be a documented gang member.
  19. You might consider the youtube channel: Women & Priesthood hosted by Rachael (can't remember her last name.) She is an active faithful LDS woman who has some interesting videos on these topics. I have not watched them all but the ones I have watched ring true/positive.
  20. lol...still not outnumbered.
  21. I've heard the rumors too. Always a friend of a friend (of a friend...)
  22. Houston vs. Florida. Go Big XII
  23. I have to shake my head and laugh at some of the things you say... The total number of gang members do not outnumber the total number of the US military or law enforcement. There are approximately 700,000 gang members in the US. There are approximately 1.2 million police officers in the US. There are approximately 2 million members of the military in the US. Now add in the retired members of both the military and law enforcement who are still capable of operating. Yeah, gangs would die in droves. The violent left would die in droves. VERY few of those gang members have any sort of firearms or tactical skills. Most of them hate each other so most of them will not work together...for any reason. Next point, see @NeuroTypical's comment above about AOC and Pelosi and gangs.
  24. @JohnsonJones the violent political left is quite small. Very few of them have any training or skill. The violent left kicks something significant off and they will die in droves. If you think otherwise you are quite naive.
  25. That crowd would die off extremely quickly.
