Argh she's so annoying... She tells me every now and then that I'm immature, and now she's being childish. The guy I like (and he likes me) told me that he's getting sick of getting emails from my mum all the time, she hasn't sent that many, but I do agree that she has more contact then needs be. She said to me ages ago that she can't be friends with him if things go further between the 2 of us, but here she is still trying to be the friends and such. Anyways so he told me he was glad that he didn't get an email from her today, because she's getting a bit obssessive and such, plus it's me he's interested in, not her. She wants to know what he thinks of her, so I told her about what he said so she knows what's going on, and now she's saying that when we go over and see him (because he's in the state that I study in, I'm currently on my break) that she's not even going to bother seeing him, wont join us for lunch. I am sick of her behavior, I wish she would just get over it and stop being so immature all the time, I wish she would just GROW UP! No wonder I have such a short fuse with her when she says things like that. AARGH!!!!!! I want to get out of here and get away from her. enough said, now I've ranted and all it's made me do is feel even angrier. Some help that was. oh yeah I forgot to add, just by him saying that she's getting a bit obssessive, she now gets the idea that he doesn't like her, when he never even said anything like that at all. Somebody kick some sense into her please!!!

its not that I'm used to my own rules and such because I'm living at student housing which has it's own set of rules I have to abide by, I only seem to get short with mum and no one else and at the moment, grandma, dad, and my 2 younger brothers are still at home too. (by the way, I'm 18)

I've been out of home for a year, well almost a year, I went to another state so that I coiuld further my studies, I came home once during the year for a month and again now for the christmas break. She misses me when I go and I know she does, but I don't need to talk to her everyday, and sometimes she feels love I don't love her, simply because I don't want to talk to her all the time. I am a very independant person, most of the time, and sometimes I just feel like I'm being smothered.

I think that there's not a day goes by that I don't get yelled at by my mother, but then again I suppose I am asking for it. It's only with her that I seem to have a short fuse. Just now it happened again and it's only 9:15am I was standing next to her, in my heels, she looked up at me and said I think you've grown, I kept replying with I'm wearing heels. She kept saying the same thing, eventually after the third time I said in a more raised voice, I'm wearing heels, then she went off at me, she yelled back at me, told me to change my attitude and such. I don't blame her, what I don't understand is why I only seem to have this short fuse with her. I want to change, but it is proving very difficult. Any ideas?
