  1. Right now, unfortunately, the inmates are running the asylum.
  2. Actually, the first major watershed event was 9/11. Certain elements in the government knew it was coming. Look what has happened since. Our rights and freedoms have taken a major hit and now the government is making a major push to disarm law abiding citizens. The government is relying on the gullibility of the ignorant masses to go along with its program. Let me quote something from a science fiction novel. Now they are coming for the only thing that will keep us free.
  3. GM is in bed with China. In Australia, GM is the owner of the brand, "Holden." They have closed all their plants and moved them to China. The Chinese look for ways to build products that will fail at a given time so you have to buy more of their garbage.
  4. I would normally agree with you, but the office of president has been consistently degraded and used for corrupt purposes since Bush. Obama has taken that and destroyed the office in his attempt to transform America into a Muslim/communist state. He has premeditatedly lied with malice aforethought in his desire to destroy the principles upon which this country was founded. I despise him with every fiber of my being. If Congress truly had the good of this country at heart, they would impeach and remove that scumbag from office. However, most of Congress are in league with the Gadiantons.
  5. There is no question that we are one or two short years away from the judgments of God being unleased. Here is an excerpt from the prophecy, "A Dream." It's easy to figure out where we are now.
  6. The first thought that comes to me is that I lost my childhood through sexual abuse. I was a very miserable kid and went on to be a very miserable adult. My compensation has been the atonement removing that pain and giving me a unique perspective on life, and the ability to empathize with other victims of abuse. One of my gifts is the ability to talk, to persuade, to counsel and those gifts have been enhanced because of my childhood. Often, I can find something to say to someone who is dealing with depression and PTSD because of their own abusive childhood. I think of this as a precious gift.
  7. Elder Andersen said that the five foolish and five wise virgin parable applies to the "faithful" Latter-day Saints. I came up with that figure since the worldwide activity rate is only 36%, the "faithful," and divide that by 2. The 82% are the deceived portion who take no time or thought to learning what is genuinely true and what are inherited lies and false traditions. This is the "all is well in Zion" crowd who think that they are good to go. I am very concerned that I'm part of that group.
  8. China has done this already in Australia,. The brand is called, "Great Wall," and the vehicles are pure junk. If the car lasts 30,000 miles, it should be gold plated and set on a pedestal.
  9. What is pretty sad is that a vast majority of Latter-day Saints, 82%, are members of the Devil's church and don't know it. Elder Andersen said that many with high callings, temple recommend holders, active, good LDS are deceived and ignorant as to what the Savior actually requires to live through His Second Coming into the millennium.
  10. I'm not specifically blaming Barry for these shootings. I am blaming the Gadianton organization that is using him for most of these shootings. I have no doubt in my mind that many of these are orchestrated by this organization. The more I read into the history of false flags, and begin connecting seemingly unrelated facts, the more I am convinced that many, not all, of these mass shootings are related and controlled by the Gadiantons.. In his book, "The Great and Abominable Church of the Devil," Elder Andersen tells us that it is our responsibility to learn about Satan, his plan, how he operates, and who he uses in his church. What is interesting is that the Devil's church is actually a collection of people and organizations from all walks of life, including a majority of active, but deceived Latter-day Saints. However, there is a major shadow organization that he uses to coordinate his activities. It is this organization that I am blaming for many of the mass shootings. I believe it is the same organization that arranged the mass shooting in, Tasmania, Australia in 1996, which lead to the Australian government banning most firearms. I also think this same organization is trying to use the same tactics - outrage the citizens through a horrific massacre - here in the U.S. and convince them that only the government can protect you. I also believe that Obama is part of this organization, but that he is a loose warhead who is getting out of control. His Muslim religion and his wholehearted support of it is at odds with the goals of the Gadiantons. I know this sounds a bit crazy, but as I search the writings, sermons and speeches of various LDS prophets and GA's, I'm convinced my crazy ideas are fairly accurate.
  11. OK, I can truly understand this. You've got kids to think about. In my situation, my second ex has consistently tried to cause me trouble even four years after the divorce. Sometimes the ex won't let things cool down. I've simply refused to speak to her ever on any subject. If she has something to tell me, she must go through one of my kids, who are all grown. This approach finally eliminated most of her schemes. Moving past a cheating spouse is important and your approach will help you in healing. If you don't heal, you'll bring a lot of baggage into any future relationship. What helped me was changing my perspective on a number of things. I look at things differently now about many aspects of my life.
  12. What is so sad about pride is that it is often viewed in this world as a strength, not a weakness. President Benson said that there is no such thing as righteous pride; it is always condemned. It is the universal sin and will keep you from progressing in this life and eliminate your chances of achieving the Celestial Kingdom in the next. Elder Heber C. Kimball said that he doubted that more than 5% of LDS will enter the gates of the Celestial Kingdom. The problem of pride among the LDS could be a major factor in his statement. I know I have a problem with it.
  13. Mass shootings, i.e. false flags, are up under Obama. Why? Obama wants the guns and this is the only way he can think of to get them: make the American people believe that giving up guns is the only way to safety and security. What I simply cannot wrap my head around is the liberal-communist belief is that the criminals will give up their guns along with the law abiding citizens. Of course, liberals know that getting the guns is only a sham. They want total control and that cannot be achieved with an armed populace.
  14. Why cool down about her cheating on you? My first wife cheated on me two times, got pregnant by the other guy, and was finally excommunicated for adultery. Wife after that cheated on me, got pregnant by the other guy and was disfellowshipped. My feeling is that it's been going on a lot longer than one month. Personally, I wouldn't give her any more than what is fair for both of you. She made her bed; now let her sleep in it.
  15. Glock 17: No. 1 gun. The 9mm is the most versatile round out there. In a study of 20 years of NYC police shootings, it was found that the caliber of the bullet had no appreciable bearing on stopping a suspect. About 98% of the time, it was shot placement that stopped the suspect. The 9mm is plentiful since it is NATO universal and when placed on target, will stop the perp. About the only exceptions to this are the magnum rounds: .357, .41, and .44.
  16. Any form of swearwords. It makes my skin crawl.
  17. There are only two sins that cannot be forgiven. the sin against the Holy Ghost and shedding of innocent blood. You don't have the necessary knowledge and temple ordinances to commit the first sin and killing yourself isn't shedding innocent blood. By its very nature, suicide implies that the person is of unsound mind; not always, but most of the time. When a person is of unsound mind, the Lord takes that into account. He looks at the totality of the circumstances before passing judgment. As for the seriousness of your sins, well, you aren't the Lone Ranger. There are plenty of people who commit serious sins and still fully repent. What you must realize is that to repent, you must be willing to do whatever is necessary to accomplish this. You will be required to make many sacrifices to make amends with the Lord, but that is part of accepting responsibility. This means facing all the consequences of your actions; not just now while you are talking to the bishop, but all the future consequences that continue to roll on. Unfortunately, the consequences don't stop just because you've repented. That is part of enduring to the end. What is important is that you start now while you still have the inclination. Something else: saying you want to leave the church or don't believe in it any more is a cop out. What you are really saying is that you don't want to face the consequences of your actions. I can understand being afraid of those consequences, but at least be honest. You also don't want to face the circumstances of your life. I can understand that, too. Some people are born into a set of circumstances that are pure hell on earth. I know, because that describes me. However, that doesn't matter one tiny bit. They are your circumstances and you must deal with them. You can deal with them by running or facing them head on and overcoming them. All running accomplishes is putting off the problem because you will still have those problems after you die. And putting them off only makes the problems worse after you die. It took me 55 years to face the set of circumstances I was born into. You're just 18 and you can avoid a lifetime of pain and anguish by facing your problems NOW. Don't put it off.
  18. How are conservatives twisting the Second Amendment? Do you know your history regarding the statements by the founding fathers about the Second Amendment? Let me give you a few quotes. There are a lot of quotes out there. I could fill up several pages of quotes by the Founding Fathers regarding how firearms are necessary to the protection of liberty. Conservatives have not twisted anything regarding the Second Amendment. It is liberals who twist everything about the Constitution to serve their socialist ends. Oh, Btw, It isn't the First Amendment that protects the Second. It is the Second Amendment that protects the first; in fact, it is the Second that protects the entire Constitution.
  19. "The Lord delayeth his coming." Do you realize that you just fulfilled prophecy? And in that day shall be heard of wars and rumors of wars, and the whole earth shall be in commotion, and men’s hearts shall fail them, and they shall say that Christ delayeth his coming until the end of the earth. (Doctrine and Covenants 45:26)
  20. I believe that this prophecy will be fully fulfilled when both the First and Second Amendments are nullified, probably through activist-socialist judges.
  21. I believe that this prophecy will be fully fulfilled when both the First and Second Amendments are nullified, probably through activist-socialist judges.
  22. Why do these people have to be insane? Why can't they be possessed by evil spirits. That isn't curable without someone having the proper authority. Even then having evil spirits cast out is not always a cure. People have freedom to go back to the behavior that caused the possession in the first place. At the same time I'm not saying that all irrational behavior is always caused by possession. I am saying that extremes like mass murder is.
  23. I found a quote from Elder Andersen in which he said that almost with exception the students at BYU believe in all or part of the communist manifesto. That's pretty deceived. A while back I posted "Are you a closet communist." There are a lot of members who are sucked in by the subtle ideas of the communists.
  24. I'm reading a book by Elder H. Verlan Andersen called, “The Great and Abominable Church of the Devil.” It is making me seriously think about my own status with the Lord. I've been asking myself if I'm unknowingly a member of that church. Elder Andersen said that many members “will be deceived into joining Satan’s organization, thus accepting his plan to destroy free agency.” It seems to all come down to this question: are you deceived as to what is true and what is false? Elder Andersen talks about things I've posted here. One post was “A Divisive Event,” in which I talked about a book by Duane Crowther. “Inspired Prophetic Warnings.” Both books talk about a divisive event that would put everyone in one of two camps: the Savior or the Devil. Elder Andersen wrote, “According to the parables of the 'wheat and the tares' and the 'ten virgins,' when the 'great division' comes, at least one-half of those who regard themselves as 'faithful' members of the Lord’s Church will be classified as members of Satan’s organization.” He goes on to say that many good and faithful members, members who hold temple recommends, are very active and hold important callings are a part of Satan's organization. Elder Andersen said primarily that the LDS who are members of this organization are those who are deceived. Those who are deceived are the “tares” and classified among the wicked who will be burned at the Second Coming. The late President of the Church, John Taylor, commented: We are told that, many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name and in thy name have cast out devils, and in thy name done many wonderful works?’ Yet to all such will he say, ‘Depart from me, ye that work iniquity.’ You say that means the outsiders? No, it does not. Do they do many wonderful works in the name of Jesus? No. This means you Latter-day Saints, who heal the sick, cast out devils and do many wonderful things in the name of Jesus…Hear it, ye Latter-day Saints! Hear it, ye Seventies and ye High Priests!… (D&C Commentary, pp. 462, 463) So what are some of the reasons why the LDS will belong to Satan's organization. Another reason is “inherited lies and false traditions.” These are members who believe in lies and false traditions passed on by family members from one generation to another. I would also add to that the false traditions passed on from one member to another. Another is failure to hearken to the word of the lord. This includes ignorance, lack of and/or refusal to gain knowledge, and unbelief. I think one way to avoid deception is live more of the letter of the law. I get the impression from things I've read and observed that too many LDS use the spirit of the law to negate the letter of the law. I've done this myself. The word “strict” is used 13 times in the Book of Mormon and each time it refers to the strictness of laws. I think if we just coast along thinking God will understand if we aren't living his laws strictly, we'll have a serious surprise at our judgment. This is as far as I've gotten in the book. As I said, I'm genuinely worried about my status and the status of all members of the Church. Ask yourself this question: Am I a member of the great and abominable church of the Devil? If you want a free copy of the book, go to www.archive.org. In the search engine, put in the name of the book and you can get a free PDF copy.
  25. This won't be a popular opinion, but the vast majority of these mass murders are Gadianton false flags. It has everything to do with disarming Americans. You will never stop them.
