Mormon population from inception

Hey, does anyone know how many members have joined our church (LDS) from the time of it's inception? Is that statistic available?

I have always wondered what is the average number attending weekly services. On another forum, one of the other participants referred to this as the "effective number".

I can tell you the average for my ward if that would help Moksha. About half of what is living inside ward bounderies, and considered members.

Yes, I had checked that out. It's good for current membership.

I was just curious if anyone had ever estimated how many people have joined the church in this dispensation. I think that would be a difficult figure to calculate.
