Ghost_Rider Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 Sweet! I havnt played in like 15 years or so. My brother and I were always in some sort of garage band. After I left one and my brothers lead singer bailed on them too many times I sorta just joined up with his. Used to drive my Mom nuts. But after a while she was kinda happy that it kept us both outta trouble. Now my brother and I look back at it and laugh. We are thinking about trying to maybe get back together and play again one day. he will call me up and say.."ELWOOD!!!! THE BAND!!!" and i am like..dude..arnt we a little old now? lol Quote

lilered Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 All these stories of High School started me thinking about some of the stunts we performed while in school. We had an underpass in out town. One Sat. evening after dark several of us got some water balloons and stood on top of the underpass and when cars came we would drop them. We were sophmores, and one of the senior came driving by with his convertable top down. Full of senior girls and guys out on a date. We let them have it with all of our balloons. We took off running but they circled around and caught us. They captured us and took us out to the cemetary at the edge of town, they took us to the very back where it was the darkest, took our pants off and made us walk back to town. They told us they would leave our pants hanging off the underpass. We were forced to walk about a mile out of the cemetary in the dark in our shorts to get our pants. Talk about scared and embarressed. We never did that again. Quote

Ghost_Rider Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 pale and T are too much! The fun thing is getting to get to gether with some of your friends from school later on. We had a blast that night. some of us never do change though. When they called me to tell me that they were getting together I was at a bull riding thing (my one last bit of fun so to speak) and one of my friends left me the message like...this is dective friday with the police department about a noise disturbance...nah..its morg..get ur butt here!!!!!! lol. It was funny though. The last time they saw me i was a little skate rat. I come walking in ( ok..slightly limping) with my riding gear sans chaps and spurs and they about died..i was asked..what happened to the little skater dude we knew? I told them I grew up...sorta...then they found out where i was and they started laughing...one of the girls i knew in high school said..yup still a junkie..at her hubbys raised brow she told him i was always an adreinaline junkie at heart. Now that I moved to Utah...had to settle down so to speak. Life and the Lord work in mysterious ways... Quote
