Okay so I'm watching the nightly news right now and one of the stories of the night is:

Numerous people are camped outside In-N-Out Burger waiting for the grand opening tomorrow.

What? For a hamburger? Yeh I like the double doubles but not enough to camp out just to get one.

Get real people. Unbelievable.

A couple years ago Portland got it's first Krispy Kreme and the same thing happened. People complained the next morning about the traffic jam the rush of people going for a donut caused during rush hour.

Not even a month later a second location opened in Portland and it was all over the news that there were going to be police around to patrol traffic, and the parking lot was set up with orange cones so that the line for the drive-thru could wrap around and nobody could cut, etc. etc.

Hardly anybody showed up.

My sister is at BYU, and she's been counting down the days until Orem's In-N-Out opens. I don't think their food is even that great.

Lol. These people clearly just don't have anything better to do (like posting on a forum with people I've never met? ). I don't have the time to do some of the more realistic things I'd like to do, let alone camp outside a fast food take away.

My son just called me. For those that might be familiar with the Draper area..he said the line for the drive through is clear past the VF factory outlet. That's quite a line. Not worth it to me. I wonder how much business the Wendy's across the street from it is getting.

In-N-Out's good, I agree, but FatBurger has them beat all to heck. Given the choice, we would always take FatBurger. (Except I really like the way In-N-Out does its buns.)

I've never had a Fatburger, but I think Fve Guys makes a better burger than In-n-Out.
