I know the rumors of an affair are out in the public now. However, if this is true it would be worse than an affiar. I hope the woman in question has the courage to take this to court. Elected officials should not be above the law.

Al Gore is a freak for a lot of reasons.....total nut burger...and yet a genius also for raking in millions from the greatest scam ever perpetuated in history..aka...global warming, BUT, four years later? Sounds fishy to me and c'mon, a message therapist visiting a hotel room at 11:00 PM????? And she was 54???? I mean, I hardly think Gore would have to sink to this level if he wanted sex and certainly he could have ordered up a younger and willing participant. Don't you think?

I read most of the alleged victim's statement on The Smoking Gun. The allegations sound real, and the events as she described them seem plausible. Her description of the event was pretty detailed, and she said she was absolutely shocked that this would happen to her. She even said she voted for the guy in the election prior.

This made the front page of The Oregonian today. Don't think it will go away now.

I try to follow Pres. Hinckley's example when reacting to naughty nookie news from folks I consider my political enemies.

It makes me sad. And the only real news here for me, is that I really don't want my daughters looking into the nighttime hotel massage trade as a career. But then, I already didn't want that, so actually, there's nothing in this story for me.

It doesn't really bother me that Gore was caught cheating. I expect it of politicians. What does bother me is that a major news outlet sat on the story for two years.

I don't know that they broke the Gore story, but I do know they broke the John Edwards love child story. Sad that our tabloids are more on the ball than our mainstream media.

That's their specialty. Don't expect them to investigate stories that do not have a sensational component.
