pam Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 I was going through some old pictures today and found this one. I had forgotten all about this. Quote
skippy740 Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 Wow. I must be pretty young to not appear in a picture that's so old! Quote
pam Posted September 16, 2012 Author Report Posted September 16, 2012 Can anyone remember who they all are? I think I know all but one. I could guess on that one but I would probably be wrong. Quote
prisonchaplain Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 Why do I look suspiciously like a missionary? Quote
pam Posted September 16, 2012 Author Report Posted September 16, 2012 We wanted you to see what you would look like each Sunday after you are baptized. Quote
slamjet Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 Why do I look suspiciously like a missionary? If not now then we're aiming for the eternities. Quote
slamjet Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 The one in the middle-front somehow has a great-grandmotherly quality to her Quote
skippy740 Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 Why do I look suspiciously like a missionary? You might've been given a starring role in a rather infamous broadway play? Quote

Wingnut Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 I think I know all but two of them. The middle back with curly hair, and second from the right in the middle (next to Skahlenfel). Quote
pam Posted September 16, 2012 Author Report Posted September 16, 2012 The middle back with curly hair is not_ashamed. I can't figure out the one next to Skal either. Quote
pam Posted September 16, 2012 Author Report Posted September 16, 2012 I've kind of thought the one was bytor but with the head positioned slightly differently. Quote
Wingnut Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 I don't think it's bytor. Moksha makes me laugh -- a whole penguin instead of just a head. Lol. Quote
pam Posted September 16, 2012 Author Report Posted September 16, 2012 I like Snow's one eye as a head. Quote
NightSG Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 We wanted you to see what you would look like each Sunday after you are baptized. Wait; the former Methodist has a thought. Does pouring in sufficient quantity to completely encase the person in water, even if only briefly, count as immersion? I'm thinking we just need to coordinate a couple folks to ambush PC and say the words while a helicopter with a Bambi Bucket gets in position overhead... Quote
skippy740 Posted September 16, 2012 Report Posted September 16, 2012 Well... even if it did... you can't be baptised against your will. And then my brain went and thought that "waterboarding" could end up being a form of baptism, right? All we need is authority, witnesses and well... a good reason not to keep them under. :) Quote

All we need is authority, witnesses and well... a good reason not to keep them under. :) Something like this happened to me once. I was on this board, titled at an angle, with a blindfold on. However, I thought the chiropractor was trying some sort of hydro therapy. So, when the agent yelled "Convert?" I said, "No, I think I'll stick with the traditional therapy--this kind isn't as comfortable as I hoped." Quote
