They say to obtain the Celestial Kingdom you have to obey the Celestial law. What specifically is the Celestial law?

I'm not sure if the Celestial law in its fullness has been or will be revealed to a terrestrial world. Once you know the law, there is an obligation to abide by it, and that might be a bit difficult to do in this terrestrial world. In an act of mercy, ie, not imposing too great a burden to be borne, perhaps God has withheld the Celestial law at this time. I suspect that we have at least one aspect of Celestial law at this time - the type of marriage described in Section 132 of the Doctrine and Covenants. At first glance, it might almost appear a little surprising, perhaps even unnecessary, if the laws of one kingdom were revealed to another kingdom. However, I have no doubt that the laws that pertain to this current kingdom are designed to prepare us to live the Celestial law.

Put in simplest terms the celestial law is the highest form of the two great commandments, love the Lord thy God with all thy heart might mind and strength and thy neighbor as thyself. It is set forth in the law of consecration, which directs us to expend our effort and time and substance in this great endeavor and to ultimately build up Zion on this earth.

Those who enter the celestial kingdom will have received the ordinances and entered into the covenants. They will have washed themselves in the blood of the Lamb and will rely upon the merits of Christ alone, who is the author and finisher of our faith (see Moro 6:4).

From D&C 76, I would say the law is being valiant in the testimony of Jesus, receiving the gospel of Christ having received the testimony of Jesus, and not denying (in other words, fully receiving) the Holy Spirit.

“Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle [law] of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.” 2 Corinthians 3:3

Where salvation is about becoming like Christ through His merits, we become the celestial law in this fashion, just as He is the law.

The Lord has prescribed requirements for eternal life in the celestial kingdom.

1. We must receive the testimony of Jesus, be baptized, receive the Holy Ghost, and keep the commandments (see D&C 76:51–52).

2. We must overcome all things by faith and be sealed by the Holy Spirit of Promise (see D&C 76:53, 60).

3. We must comply with the new and everlasting covenant of marriage (see D&C 131:1–3).

Your question is very much like the rich young man that approached Jesus in that you are thinking in and expecting specifics.  There are three pillars to living in a “kingdom” and the “law” is only one pillar.  The 3 pillars are the laws, the covenants and the ordinances.  The manner that we are educated in and obtain these 3 pillars of the Celestial Kingdom is through attendance at and worship at the temple for all that is provided and done there.  These things are deliberately taught by vague principles and those that have appetites for the logical, intellectual specifics will never be satisfied or find conclusive answer but rather will constantly be challenged to understand more.  Specifics are obtained line upon line upon line and precept upon precept upon precept.
