Guest
Say you had a kid, hypothetically, who only wore socks when you caught him/her not wearing socks, and refused to wear socks at any other time. And say as a result of that, they had shoes get gross enough that you bought replacements and threatened the child to always wear socks with the new footwear, and throw the offensive ones away. Then say your kid kept the shoes, and unbeknownst to you, left them in the back of your van. Could such an event possibly make your van smell increasingly of rotting broccoli? I'm asking for a friend, who can't seem to find any other possible source of the van stench, which conquers even near-zero temperatures. Where my friend lives. Backroads
Wouldn't surprise me in the least.
ldsister
LOL. Yes, I can see that happening, though if the smell continued even after the malodorous shoes were removed, I'd start looking under seats and in the heating system. Would your friend's child be more comfortable wearing sandles except when it was snowy?
classylady
If the shoes have been removed and the smell remains, after a few days I would check to see if there has been some spilled milk. etc. in the vehicle.
Sunday21
After you have checked for rotting debris under the seats etc, get out the fibreese, that stuff really works!
