COUNTRYBEAR Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 with so many negative attacks agasinst the sisters, which I fear I have accidentally triggered, it is only fair that the sisters have the opportunity to say how they feel let down by the priest hood 21st centuary man and what we as the priesthood and as men can do to continue to nurture, support the sisters in thier divinly appointed role and contiune to be of relivance in the modern age so that we can gain or re-gain their love, trust and respect. LOL to all sisters around the world:bighug: Quote
pushka Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 I haven't experienced any negativity personally, yet, so I will refrain from answering your question...I hope that I continue to not experience any negativity :) Quote
Laureltree Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Well I need a blessing for my daughter with a runny nose:rolleyes:, My dishes aren't done yet , and ya know.....I think I have a few repairs.... J.K.You know ... you truly didn't offend me, I think we all go through period after divorce that are hard, its harder to watch those who have never experienced it to judge our thoughts, feelings, emotions, attitude so much... or try to tell someone what they are thinking or saying... This is my thought.. This is a board.. not ever thing we say comes out as clearly as we wish it too. Sometimes people need to open there hearts more and reply less... because although it may look as if someones being in sincere, rude, touchy, unforgiving etc.....We dont know....and we shouldnt judge....So add a little sugar to your waters this morning, smile a little more:p, breathe deeple:rolleyes:, read your scriptures and just love people unconditionally for today....We are here, almost like an extended family of support, sometimes we too are imperfect....Just my two cents..ANYONE FOR CHOCOLATE Love & Prayers LaurelTree Quote
Elgama Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Again I am very happy with the priesthood in my life - my husband is a beautiful caring man, our branch president is fun and an example of what a leader in the church should be our Stake President has a strong spirit and all the men in between are good decent intelligent men. What more can I ask for lol -Charley Quote
Hemidakota Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 · Hidden Hidden Being a man, I am grateful I was not created as a female. I could not fill those shoes or do what they can accomplish in a single day. I am grateful for them, keeping us, priesthood bears and fathers on the path.
Hemidakota Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Being created as a man, I am extremely grateful to that GOD who found a purpose for me as a man vice a woman. I can say truthfully, I could not fill the shoes or walk the walk as a woman. Even to accomplish the overloaded daily tasks. I am incredibly grateful for the women, keeping us men, priesthood bears and fathers, on the straight and narrow path. Quote
SMG Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 I just want to say thank you to all the men who try to be good examples. We all know this world isn't exactly the easiest to get by in, so the men who go out of their way to be good people stand out a little more to me. Quote
MorningStar Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 They could make it up to me by cleaning up my Jamba Juice smoothie that just went flying out of my cupholder and exploded on the passenger side floor. It was Razzmatazz and it was delicious. *whimper* Ok for real, I missed the attacks against us sisters. Where are they? Quote
