Well excitement is in the air!!! Tonight there was training for those who volunteered to be a tour guide.....I think tomorrow is the day the temple will have Vip visitors...and Sat 3/29- 4/19 It will be open for the world to see!!! Hip Hip ha Ray!!! I got my white hankie with the Ft. Lauderdale Temple embroided on it.. Its going to be a wonderful and special weekend for me, and so will the next 3 wks. I had a wonderful experience today while I was at work but I cant openly share it with you, but it was about the temple and it was very spiritual for me.... Hope all my fla. Ldsnet friends will be there. :)

Love Is Grand!!! It is a great gift!!! Probably one of the greatest gifts. God is so organized, knowing and loving that He let His only begotten son die for us all that we might live forever. Why? Cause He loves us more then we can imagine! And Jesus fulled His mission out of LOve for His Father and all of us. Why? out of love!! Love is what makes the world go around. Love to me is the biggest key. It is said as I have loved you, love one another. It's a commandment Love is an action word. To do, to be, to become. Unconditional love is the goal to work towards. Sharing love most of the time is not hard, thou it is at times because of fear and its sad when the natural man makes us this way. So it is the goal to get the natural man out of us, then of course love would be even easier......

Its quite sad that the Ow group will even think to demonstrate on temple square. Not much common cour·te·sy or respect in our world and its just getting worse. It is what it is. Times are getting tougher people are losing their kindness, hearts are getting harder all bad signs. We are in the last days and theres always been opposition and it will just grow more. I say wear purple or lavender if you want. I do not know what they supposely stand for in the Ow group. I wear alot of purple and lavender I also love the colors of the rainbow and I'm not going to change because some groups took over those colors.

I almost did get the childrens song book along with a child's prayer but desided not to cause the parents are musical and thought they might have it. Im so happy for them they will be great parents and their babies are such a big blessing!! It will be a blessed family!! :)

Skippy @ first I thought you were putting me down. Then I said no skippy wouldn't do that. I bought the cd A child's prayer. Ill get 2 oneies and Im going to printed on each 1 furture missionary, shes having two boys. Ill get some booties, 2 teddy bears.

So one of my sweet friends is having twins (boys) and I would like to get them a music cd with baby lulabies and childs hymns can u suggest any and where to buy it at?? I just found out 2 day her shower is this coming saturday.

our church is a life style but I totally agree with skippy. We need to try to balance our life. We do need family time, alone time with our spouse, actually you should date your wife onces a week friday date night, monday night family home evening you dont have to have children 2 have family home evening you & your spouce are a family its a good time to talk 2 each other about your goals, wants etc.., bond with each other, read scriptures go bowling or what ever you like, you can also invite friends over. You also need your alone time & she needs hers. Some of my suggestions.

I dont think threres a difference if 1 person is praying or many. Its all in Gods hands, His time, His way!! But who knows if 3 or more are praying theres more faith I dont know sorry.

I am rereading a book I received for my birthday 4 years ago from my vt. companion. Its a great book enjoyed it the first time. Its amazing how I forget the simple things which leads me into delving into some deeper stuff. The book is NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. by Sherri Dew I highly recommend reading this book, men could read it too!!! Do any of you ever think about who you are and who you have always been??? And who we may become??? The choices we have bewteen following Christ or embracing the world. our spirits long for us to remember the truth about ourselves that we are all noble, but we seem to not realize this or forget. We need to continue to nurish our faith and grow in this area and learn to draw upon the power of the atonement. Theres this book i have been wanting to get on the atonement cant recall the name need to go 2 deserate books Im going to see if they have it in paper back. Most of the times I dont get the books I want cause they are too costly. Do any of u have a good book on the Atonement you can recommend?
