oh Praetorian_Brow, dont let that stop you from going to church I hope u get back to church walk in tall, head held up high, with confidence and your smile and your handshake, and get to know the people, say hi, mingle you are very much needed in the family ward...please dont feel like u flunk out cause you didnt get married yet. When she comes, you will be happy doesnt matter if it happened in a single ward or family ward...Walk tall your a warrior of God!!

I understand how you feel I have felt the same way many times through out my life, and even when I am with many of my good friends who I know love me. I shouldnt of felt like that, but I did. So maybe its just a human thing. Try to over ride it and mingle and enjoy as much as you can and hopefully you wont feel out of place any more.

I dont have a set amount of time. I just read some times its a little, some times its a lot. It just depends.

im not offended dj at all I gave examples to why most people stop going to church I do know that and of course our experiences are different and there is nothing wrong with that. I too have hardly had a home teacher visit me in all my yrs and the church and yes that has hurt me, but im over that. so again the answer to your question is Yes go to sacrament only Ive done that for a while, Ive seen others do that as well!!!!!! And if you dont want a calling thats fine too.... im not ususally on here much so if u want to you can email me on here. Ive forgiven my home teachers who didnt show up, and its not there fault that this situation hurt my self esteem I let the situation hurt me...what ever the excuse is it is...we are all busy and I have not been the perfect visiting teacher either.

Hi DJ, and happy sunday to you and your family and all on this forum. Alot of people have things that keep them away from church. Ususally its sin, or not understanding or what ever!! Something is pushing u or u wanting to go to Sacrament only I say go 4 it!! and if thats all u do thats ok, when u are ready and u want to stay for any of the sunday school classes then do so. do talk with the bishop when u feel comfortable when u feel its the right time. God does answer prayers,He might not answer all prayers, and that could work out to be a good thing. He also doesnt answer our prayers the way we want them to come out, and its in His time not ours. Know that GOd loves you and He knows you better then any one alse does> When u are ready put some trust in him and faith He could move mountains for you for us if it is really needed. I know that life is harder then I ever thought it would be but its still wonderful but I know that I have been truelly blessed and my biggest blessing is being a member Of THe Church Of Jesus CHrist Of Latter Day Saints. And I want you to know that I havent always been active and theres so much that I dont know and understand but I know God knows me better then any one alse does. thats why no one is suppose to judge. The Gospel if perfect, we the people run it and we are not perfect. Ill say a prayer for brother. And I hope that you will go back even if its just for scarament I hope that you will be touched and feel the spirit witnessing to you. Know that God loves you He loves us all, He's just not always happy with us. His way is truely the best! H e will take u as you are now....GOd BLess you with love your sister in the gospel. P.S. God does notice you, and blesses you and its usually you or us being touched by another. He uses us to help HIm do His work..

usually it should be when the spirit prompts you. but if u have a testimony and u have a lag, why not go up and bear your testimony, The LOrd doesnt have to tell us everything, and a testimony is of good works....so go for it I say! had to put another i in spirit since some one made a comment about me which i didnt think was nice will not say who, but if he wants to email me he can.

humm i never heard of this my phone is off totally @ church no vibration or anything. thou i did text someone in relief society today shes in another ward i forgot to do this last nite which i should of...to tell her bishop that a member from that ward who lives in a different county as well passed away....

unfortunantly people are prejudice but not all people are. BUt 2 many are, just another tool that satan uses. I guess we cant like or love everyone like were suppose too, but cant we just respect people have common curtasey. wow what a concept!!!

I think its wonderful that your going back to school. Nursing is a wonderful career. Remember with GOd all things are possible. DO all you can and put trust and faith in the Lord and He will help you. He knows you are trying to improve your situation and he will walk with you and help you all the way. Just ask him. I for one wish you the very best. :)
